Returns & Refunds Policy

EMBROIDERED SHIRTS RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

  • All embroidered shirts are final sale. They can not be returned unless the product is incorrect or damaged by size, color, fabric, or thread.
  • For returns email info@stachahuis.com and request Return Authorization Label within 24 hours days of receiving your order.

Next steps for returning:

  1. Email info@stachahuis.com for Return Authorization Label stating reason for return with photos showing how product is damaged and/or incorrect within 24 hrs of receiving order.
  2. Retrieve label.
  3. Print label.
  4. Put product in original packaging (we are reducing waste over here!)
  5. Send package to address on label.

 

REFUNDS

Refunds will be issued only for damaged items.

  • Please email info@stachahuis.com within 24 hours of receiving order.
  • A full refund will be sent to you when the order is received by our sales team.
  • An email will be sent to you when the returned product is received by the sales team.

 

REPAIRS

All of our products go through a quality audit before being shipped to our valued customer.  If you receive a product that is damaged, please contact info@stachahuis.com with subject line REPAIR within 24 hours of receiving order as we value quality customer service.
